Booking Process during Covid

  • All clients due into the salon 2 days ahead of actual date, should receive a phone call to go through a Health declaration form.

 

  • We will ask clients to pay over the phone via a card transaction prior to their appointment.

 

  • Colour clients to come into the salon for a skin test 24/48 hours prior to their booked appointment.

 

  • All clients are expected to wear a mask to their appointment and bring a spare in case theirs gets damp.

 

  • Clients are asked to come alone and only bring a minimum with them.

 

  • On arrival to their booked appointment, the health check form requires a signature, the temperature is taken and recorded on the form and their card transaction receipt handed to them.

 

  • Unfortunately at present we cannot offer refreshments or magazine, but they are welcome to bring any with them.
